The summer season is full of passion and romance. Many people, epically women, would like to wear sexy bikini and have a sunbath on the beach.
However, one thing should be taken into consideration, which is the intense sunlight will have adverse effect on the delicate skin. As the result, how to protect the skin from the summer sunlight becomes more and more important. Today, I will introduce several skincare tips in summer. Basic skin maintenance comes very first, which can not be ignored every single day. The thoroughly cleaning including cleaning up cosmetics is needed every day and exfoliating skin cutin should be done every week, which can speed up the metabolism of skin. Then, internal and external sunscreen should be done at the same time in the process of skincare in summer. Actually, our skin is made up of one third stratum epidermis and two thirds dermis layer. Therefore, just relying on some sunscreen products is not enough, because they will just rest on the surface of the skin or permeate through stratum corneum. On one hand, it can not cut off the harm from ultraviolet rays completely. On the other hand, it also can not solve the root of some deep skin problems. Thus, some oral skincare products also should be added into the sun block process, which can improve the metabolism and strengthen the sunscreen and rehabilitation ability of skin itself.
Add more foods that contain rich vitamin C, vitamin E and βcarotene in your daily diet, such as fresh vegetables, fruits and milk, which will beautify your skin. Take the vitamin E as an example. In order to fight with intense summer sunlight, it needs to protect the skin from being harmed by free radicals. However, vitamin E plays a vital role in this process, which can prevent the free radicals and create perfect skin grain. It is because the vitamin E is the main fat soluble natural antioxidant that can build a streak of invisible protecting barrier for skin. The last but not the least, do exercise everyday and make sure enough sleep time as well as drink more water. Regular exercise is good to improve the metabolism, which benefits the skin a lot. It is the common view that enough sleep is good to skincare, especially in summer. As to the water, there is a kind of statement that woman is made from water. Then, you can imagine the role of water for people, especially for women. Enough water makes sure the skin to be rosy and healthy.
